Just a block and a half from the ocean, start your day on the front porch watching the sunrise over the pasture across the street. Then gather your gear and walk or bike to one of three neighborhood beaches. After a day in the sun and sand, head home to the outdoor shower and back deck grill for a sunset cookout.

Ocean activities: three beaches within a 5-15 minute walk or 2-minute drive to enjoy swimming, boogie-boarding, surfing, and fishing.
Pond activities: Green Hill Pond is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive and offers kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding.
Outdoor activities: Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge is a 7-minute drive with hiking, trail walks, birdwatching, and fishing.
